We are simply the bridge that connects the customers with the travel service providers like airlines, hotels, etc. Third-party travel providers sell travel products on Skytrip. The travel providers are responsible for their products. You must understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the third-party travel providers before booking or purchasing their products through Skytrip.
If something should go wrong during the booking or travel period, Skytrip cannot be held accountable, and you must resolve your dispute directly with the travel provider in question.
If you make a booking through Our Website for Travel Products, that booking is made with the Travel Provider named on the booking page, and Our Website only acts as a user interface. Accordingly, Skytrip has no responsibility for the booking or the Travel Product because Skytrip has no involvement in creating the Travel Product description, defining the price and any fees, or providing the Travel Products that you book. If you have any issues or disputes with your booking or the Travel Product, you agree to address and resolve these with the Travel Provider and not with us.

Skytrip will follow supplier’s (Airlines/ Properties/ Bus/ Tour operator etc.) policy for cancellation/ re-issue.
For Domestic flight, Skytrip will not charge any additional service fee.
For International flights, Skytrip will charge an amount as a standard service fee based on the air fare rules.
In case of refund/ re-issue, conditions will be applied based on the air fare rules
For International Flight, refund process (If applicable) may take up to 3 weeks depending on the method used for payment.
For any kind of refund, service charge and convenience fee are non-refundable.
* In case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc., standard refund policy may not be applicable.
